Mais on peut tout de m\u00eame se permettre quelques petites variantes. Alors voici mon clafoutis abricots et fleur d&#8217;oranger, une de mes associations favorites. Avec la touche de vanille et de rhum (option), on obtient un clafoutis d\u00e9licieusement parfum\u00e9 &lt;3. D&#8217;ailleurs, la fleur d&#8217;oranger fonctionne aussi parfaitement avec les p\u00eaches ou les nectarines :).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce que j&#8217;aime dans le clafoutis, c&#8217;est que plus d&#8217;\u00eatre d\u00e9licieux et d\u00e9clinable en toute saison, c&#8217;est que c&#8217;est vraiment rapide \u00e0 faire avec pas grand chose. Le plus dur, c&#8217;est de le laisser reposer&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je vous mets les quantit\u00e9s pour un petit moule (c&#8217;est un plat \u00e0 gratin pour deux personnes). On obtient de quoi faire 4 parts ou 6 petits carr\u00e9s avec un oreillon d&#8217;abricot par carr\u00e9. J&#8217;avais un petit reste (car je n&#8217;aime pas que le clafoutis soit trop \u00e9pais) alors j&#8217;en ai fait un individuel en ramequin aux myrtilles (d\u00e9licieux). N&#8217;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 doubler les quantit\u00e9s au besoin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\"><strong><em>Les ingr\u00e9dients : <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>60 g de farine de bl\u00e9 blanche ou petit \u00e9peautre, option choisie ici.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g de sucre de canne (ou blanc) + quelques pinc\u00e9es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 oeufs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 ml de lait (sans lactose ici, le v\u00e9g\u00e9tal convient aussi et il est possible de mettre une partie de cr\u00e8me liquide pour plus de gourmandise)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 g de beurre fondu (\u00e7a fonctionne sans mais plus gourmand avec)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cuill. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&#8217;ar\u00f4me naturel de vanille<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cuill. \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;ar\u00f4me de fleur d&#8217;oranger<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 abricots ( 6 oreillons) ou plus selon besoin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ce qui est optionnel : 1\/2 cuill. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cannelle + 1\/3 cuill. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cardamome + 1 cuill. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de rhum<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>amandes effil\u00e9es <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\"><strong><em>La r\u00e9alisation : <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 170\u00b0C chaleur tournante. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Graisser le moule et mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Couper vos abricots en deux et retirer le noyau. Mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans un cul de poule m\u00e9langer la farine, le sucre et les oeufs jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te \u00e9paisse. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter le lait, les ar\u00f4mes et le beurre fondu. M\u00e9langer vivement. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saupoudrer un peu de sucre de canne dans le fond du moule et d\u00e9poser les oreillons d&#8217;abricots comme sur la photo ou comme vous le souhaitez selon votre moule. Je fais en sorte qu&#8217;il y en ai un par carr\u00e9, \u00e0 d\u00e9guster avec le caf\u00e9 c&#8217;est parfait. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verser la p\u00e2te par-dessus puis ajouter des amandes effil\u00e9es et saupoudrer de sucre de canne. S&#8217;il reste de la p\u00e2te n&#8217;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 en faire un ou des ramequins, ici avec des myrtilles. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enfourner pour 40 min. Le clafoutis gonfle \u00e0 la cuisson, c&#8217;est tout \u00e0 fait normal. Il d\u00e9gonfle tranquillement \u00e0 la sortie du four :).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laisser refroidir puis d\u00e9guster. Il y a ceux qui l&#8217;aiment refroidi \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante ou ti\u00e8de et ceux qui l&#8217;aiment frais dont je fais partie ou alors je suis la seule hihi. Alors je le laisse reposer 2h au frais puis je le sors une dizaine de minutes avant de servir. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bonne d\u00e9gustation !<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery
