C&#8217;est l\u00e9ger, fait avec quelques ingr\u00e9dients seulement et tr\u00e8s rapide \u00e0 faire. Le plus long, c&#8217;est d&#8217;attendre le repos au frais pour que la texture se &#8220;finalise&#8221;. On peut se faire plaisir en toute saison avec diff\u00e9rents fruits ou diff\u00e9rentes associations et j&#8217;adore \u00e7a !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ici on a donc des fraises Gariguettes associ\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#8217;amande et la vanille et c&#8217;est un petit d\u00e9lice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Attention, ma recette est pour un petit plat rectangulaire de 14 cm par 19 cm soit 4 grosses parts ou 6 carr\u00e9s (c&#8217;est l&#8217;option que je choisis). N&#8217;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 adapter les quantit\u00e9s au besoin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\"><strong><em>Les ingr\u00e9dients : <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>40 g de poudre d&#8217;amandes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>35 g de f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 g de sucre de canne<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 oeufs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 ml de lait d&#8217;amande (ou lait classique)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cuill. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&#8217;ar\u00f4me naturel de vanille<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2\/3 de cuill. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&#8217;ar\u00f4me d&#8217;amande am\u00e8re<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>120 g de fraises<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un peu de sucre de canne et d&#8217;amandes effil\u00e9es pour le dessus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\"><strong><em>La r\u00e9alisation : <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Couper les fraises en morceaux. Les Gariguettes \u00e9tant petites, je les coupe en rondelles assez \u00e9paisses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Graisser le moule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e9langer les oeufs et le sucre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter les ingr\u00e9dients secs. M\u00e9langer. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter le lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal et les ar\u00f4mes et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Placer les fraises dans le plat de mani\u00e8re assez \u00e9gale et pas trop superpos\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verser la pr\u00e9paration liquide par dessus (donner un dernier coup de fouet avant de verser si la pr\u00e9paration a repos\u00e9 quelques minutes de sorte \u00e0 ce que tous les ingr\u00e9dients soient bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9s).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter quelques amandes effil\u00e9es sur le dessus ainsi qu&#8217;un peu de sucre de canne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enfourner pour 35 \u00e0 40 min.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laisser compl\u00e8tement refroidir et mettre au frais deux heures minimum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bonne d\u00e9gustation \ud83d\ude00<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Si vous me suivez sur Instagram, vous connaissez sans doute mes diff\u00e9rents clafoutis bien que ma recette de base soit souvent la m\u00eame.
