J&#8217;adore associer le miel aux agrumes. Et le mariage cl\u00e9mentine, noix et miel est parfait \ud83d\ude0d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus, si vous n&#8217;avez pas de cl\u00e9mentines, mais des mandarines ou des oranges, vous pourrez les remplacer pour parfumer ce g\u00e2teau, mais vraiment si vous n&#8217;en avez pas alors. \ud83d\ude0b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le miel est le sucrant naturel utilis\u00e9 dans ma recette. On est sur un cake peu sucr\u00e9, sans mati\u00e8res grasses ajout\u00e9es, sans sucres ajout\u00e9s donc, et sans lactose. Le petit sirop de miel avec du jus de cl\u00e9mentines pour imbiber le dessus, c&#8217;est la petite touche qui sublime le tout. Et la petite note de cannelle et de gingembre \u00e0 ne pas oublier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"color:#84540b;font-size:14px\" class=\"has-text-color\"><em><strong>Les ingr\u00e9dients : <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>60 g de poudre d&#8217;amandes<\/li><li>150 g de farine semi-compl\u00e8te de bl\u00e9 t110<\/li><li>1 sachet de levure<\/li><li>80 g de miel (monter \u00e0 100 si bec sucr\u00e9)<\/li><li>1 yaourt de soja ou nature v\u00e9g\u00e9tal<\/li><li>110 g de compote de pommes ssa<\/li><li>2 \u0153ufs<\/li><li>1 c\u00e0c de cannelle + 1\/2 de gingembre<\/li><li>50 g de cerneaux de noix concass\u00e9s + un peu pour le dessus<\/li><li>Zeste de 2 cl\u00e9mentines + jus<\/li><li>Sirop : 1 c\u00e0s de miel + 2 c\u00e0s de jus de cl\u00e9mentine<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"color:#84540b;font-size:14px\" class=\"has-text-color\"><strong><em>La r\u00e9alisation :<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0.<\/li><li>Graisser le moule avec de l&#8217;huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale. Mettre un papier sulfuris\u00e9 d\u00e9coup\u00e9 \u00e0 la taille du fond du moule dans le moule.<\/li><li>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients secs. Ajouter les ingr\u00e9dients humides dont le miel.<\/li><li>M\u00e9langer. Ajouter les noix.<\/li><li>Verser la p\u00e2te dans le moule et disposer quelques morceaux de noix si vous le souhaitez.<\/li><li>Enfourner pour 35 min. Au bout de 7 min, faire une entaille le long du cake, au milieu, avec la pointe d&#8217;un couteau (sur un cm de profondeur).<\/li><li>\u00c0 la sortie du four badigeonner le cake d&#8217;un sirop miel chauff\u00e9 avec le jus de cl\u00e9mentines.<\/li><li>Laisser compl\u00e8tement refroidir le cake avant d\u00e9gustation. (Je l&#8217;avais fait la veille pour le lendemain et l&#8217;avais donc emball\u00e9 et entreposer dans le micro-ondes.)<\/li><li>Bonne d\u00e9gustation. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un cake sain et gourmand pour un bon go\u00fbter du dimanche.
