Trop de beurre, de chocolat, de sucre&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&#8217;ai eu une furieuse envie de p\u00e2tisserie bien chocolat\u00e9e. Et c&#8217;est l\u00e0 que je me suis lanc\u00e9e dans la cr\u00e9ation d&#8217;une recette de coulant au chocolat qui r\u00e9unirait ce qu&#8217;il fallait pour que je puisse le d\u00e9guster. Et qu&#8217;est-ce que c&#8217;est bon \ud83e\udd24. Fort en chocolat noir 70% de cacao, sans sucres ajout\u00e9s, sans beurre, bien moins de mati\u00e8res grasses, vegan et sans gluten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&#8217;est vraiment un gros coup de c\u0153ur cette petite recette, hyper simple et rapide \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&#8217;esp\u00e8re qu&#8217;elle vous fera plaisir aussi \ud83d\ude0d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:14px\"><strong><em>Les ingr\u00e9dients (2 petits coulants) :<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>50 g de chocolat noir dessert 70% + 2 carr\u00e9s<\/li><li>15 g d&#8217;huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale<\/li><li>65 ml de lait d&#8217;amande<\/li><li>25 g de farine de sarrasin<\/li><li>1 c\u00e0c de sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:14px\"><strong><em>R\u00e9alisation : <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0.<\/li><li>Dans un bol, peser les 25 g de farine de sarrasin.<\/li><li>Faire fondre le chocolat noir avec l&#8217;huile au micro-ondes 2 \u00e0 x 30 sec. M\u00e9langer.<\/li><li>Ajouter \u00e0 la farine.
