Et ici, un bon pain d&#8217;\u00e9pices bien moelleux. J&#8217;en raffole tellement ! Et c&#8217;est si simple et si rapide \u00e0 faire maison \ud83e\udd17. Pour ma part \u00e7a fait d\u00e9j\u00e0 un mois que je m&#8217;y suis mise, et que que je tourne \u00e0 2 pains d&#8217;\u00e9pices par semaine \ud83d\ude05. Et ce qui est g\u00e9nial avec le pain d&#8217;\u00e9pices c&#8217;est qu&#8217;on le fait \u00e0 l&#8217;avance (repos d&#8217;une nuit) et qu&#8217;il n&#8217;en est que meilleur les jours suivants. Il se conserve parfaitement quelques jours ! Le miel \u00e7a conserve !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque ann\u00e9e j&#8217;en fais en version mini (avec donc un temps de cuisson divis\u00e9 par 2) que j&#8217;emballe joliment et que j&#8217;offre. \u00c7a fait toujours son petit effet. J&#8217;adore ! Et puis je varie les plaisirs&#8230; zestes et jus d&#8217;agrumes diff\u00e9rents, avec des morceaux d&#8217;\u00e9corces d&#8217;orange confites de temps en temps&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>(Petite note : je r\u00e9alise mon pain d&#8217;\u00e9pices avec de la farine de seigle comme le v\u00e9ritable pain d&#8217;\u00e9pices de Reims \ud83d\ude0d.)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Les ingr\u00e9dients (un moule \u00e0 cake ou 3 individuels) : <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>150 g de farine de seigle <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g de farine de bl\u00e9 bio T65 (ou semi-compl\u00e8te possible)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 sachet de levure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g de sucre complet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c\u00e0s bomb\u00e9e d&#8217;\u00e9pices \u00e0 pain d&#8217;\u00e9pices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c\u00e0c rase de cannelle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g de miel liquide<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>180 g de lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal (ou lait de vache)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 zeste d&#8217;orange + jus d&#8217;une demie-orange<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Du sucre perl\u00e9 pour le dessus + une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de miel pour le dessus. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>R\u00e9alisation : <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chemiser le moule de papier cuisson (ou seulement dans le fond, dans ce cas graisser le moule).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e9langer ensemble les ingr\u00e9dients secs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter les ingr\u00e9dients humides. M\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter le zeste et le jus d&#8217;orange. M\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verser dans le moule. Mettre du sucre perl\u00e9 sur le dessus. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enfourner pour 40 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c0 la sortie du four et avec un pinceau, badigeonner le pain d&#8217;\u00e9pices de miel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laisser refroidir et emballer jusqu&#8217;au lendemain. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9guster ou offrir \ud83d\ude0d.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mon incontournable en cette saison de f\u00eates : le pain d&#8217;\u00e9pices \ud83d\ude0d.
