J&#8217;aime notamment faire en fonction des fruits dont je dispose. Et ici, j&#8217;avais un kiwi et de la mangue mure \u00e0 point. Je me suis donc fais mes petits muffins de sportif \u00e0 base de banane dans des mini moules \u00e0 cake, en y incluant le kiwi et la mangue. Et qu&#8217;est-ce que c&#8217;est bon \ud83d\ude00 ! La mangue hyper sucr\u00e9e m&#8217;a permis de n&#8217;ajouter aucun sucre. En effet, associ\u00e9e \u00e0 la banane bien m\u00fbre dans la p\u00e2te, ce n&#8217;est plus n\u00e9cessaire. On a donc une recette sans sucres ni mati\u00e8res grasses ajout\u00e9s, sans lactose et \u00e0 indice glyc\u00e9mique bas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9alis\u00e9s en quelques minutes le soir, ils vous permettront d&#8217;avoir votre petit-d\u00e9jeuner ou collation saine \u00e0 emporter dans votre sac toute pr\u00eate :D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recette :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\"><strong><em>Les ingr\u00e9dients pour 6 mini cakes ou petits muffins :<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1 banane moyenne m\u00fbre \u00e9cras\u00e9e en pur\u00e9e <\/li><li>45 g de son d&#8217;avoine<\/li><li>50 g de poudre d&#8217;amande<\/li><li>1 c\u00e0c de levure<\/li><li>1 blanc d&#8217;oeuf<\/li><li>40 ml de lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal (ici avoine)<\/li><li>1 quart de mangue ou une demie petite (coup\u00e9e en d\u00e9s)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\"><strong><em>La r\u00e9alisation : <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0.<\/li><li>M\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients ensemble.<\/li><li>Ajouter les d\u00e9s de mangue et de kiwi.<\/li><li>Sur le dessus, ajouter quelques flocons d&#8217;avoine.<\/li><li>Cuire 20 minutes.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Bonne d\u00e9gustation :D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Je ne sais pas vous, mais moi j&#8217;adore varier les petits-d\u00e9jeuners.
