Et j&#8217;aime petit-d\u00e9jeuner avec des cakes, g\u00e2teaux ou muffins. Pour \u00e7a, je me fais des recettes low carb, \u00e0 indice glyc\u00e9mique bas et sucr\u00e9es \u00e0 base de sucres naturels. Parfait pour mes trois matin\u00e9es de salle de sport par semaine !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bon d&#8217;accord, je l&#8217;ai fait un soir, en pr\u00e9vision de petit-d\u00e9jeuner. Mais je le r\u00e9alise aussi pour n&#8217;importe quelle petite faim (collation, go\u00fbter, gourmandise du soir&#8230;). Un g\u00e2teau sain, molleux, fruit\u00e9 et acidul\u00e9 avec la framboise, et doux avec l&#8217;amande. R\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec des ingr\u00e9dients \u00e0 indice glyc\u00e9mique bas donc, il est aussi sans mati\u00e8res grasses ajout\u00e9es et peu sucr\u00e9 (naturellement) au sirop d&#8217;agave. Il est d&#8217;un moelleux \u00e0 tomber et absolument d\u00e9licieux. Une recette saine, simple et rapide comme je les aime. Et comme vous les aimez souvent :). Ici, on a les photos de ma version p\u00eache \/ framboises de cet \u00e9t\u00e9. Ce qui est bien avec ce g\u00e2teau, c&#8217;est qu&#8217;en plus on peut le faire avec les fruits, chocolat ou noix et fruits secs que l&#8217;on veut. Les possibilit\u00e9s sont infinies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Allez, c&#8217;est parti pour la recette !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recette : <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\"><em><strong>Les ingr\u00e9dients (petit moule de 18cm) :<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>2 blancs d&#8217;oeufs<\/li><li>180 g de compote de pommes ssa<\/li><li>50 g de son d&#8217;avoine (ou flocons d&#8217;avoine certifi\u00e9s sans gluten et mix\u00e9s)<\/li><li>50 g de poudre d&#8217;amande<\/li><li>30 g de farine de sarrasin<\/li><li>1\/2 sachet de levure<\/li><li>30 g de sirop d&#8217;agave<\/li><li>1 c\u00e0c de jus de citron<\/li><li>quelques gouttes d&#8217;ar\u00f4me d&#8217;amande am\u00e8re naturel<\/li><li>1 c\u00e0c d&#8217;extrait de vanille <\/li><li>quelques framboises fra\u00eeches ou surgel\u00e9es (ici surgel\u00e9es) ou tout autres fruits (ici avec des morceaux de p\u00eache en plus des framboises)<\/li><li>quelques amandes effil\u00e9es <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\"><strong><em>La r\u00e9alisation :<\/em><\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0.<\/li><li>M\u00e9langer les blancs d&#8217;oeufs et la compote.<\/li><li>Ajouter le reste des ingr\u00e9dients.<\/li><li>Huiler l\u00e9g\u00e8rement votre moule. Verser la p\u00e2te.<\/li><li>Disposer les framboises dans la p\u00e2te et parsemer d&#8217;amandes effil\u00e9es. Verser un l\u00e9ger filet de sirop d&#8217;agave sur le dessus.<\/li><li>Enfourner pour 30 minutes.<\/li><li>Laisser refroidir totalement avant de d\u00e9guster.
