En fait en plus d&#8217;y mettre du cacao amer non sucr\u00e9, j&#8217;y ai ajout\u00e9 des cacao nibs et \u00e0 la fin du chocolat noir concass\u00e9 mais deux sortes de chocolat noir : du chocolat \u00e0 72% de cacao et du chocolat \u00e0 85% de cacao. Et comment vous dire&#8230; ce granola est juste trop trop bon. Le soucis : quand on passe dans la cuisine, on passe sa main dans le pot obligatoirement ( ou alors c&#8217;est moi qui suis trop faible \ud83d\ude00 ahah ! ).<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Les ingr\u00e9dients :\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>250g de flocons d&#8217;avoine<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>50g d&#8217;amandes hach\u00e9es\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>40g de noisettes concass\u00e9es\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>30g de cacao nibs (\u00e9clats de f\u00e8ves de cacao)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>3 c\u00e0s de cacao amer non sucr\u00e9\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>3 c\u00e0s de sucre muscovado<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>2 c\u00e0s d&#8217; huile de coco\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>4 c\u00e0s de sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable ou sirop d&#8217;agave\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>2 c\u00e0s de miel\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>2 c\u00e0c de cannelle\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>80 g de chocolat noir hach\u00e9 (40g de 72% de cacao et 40g de 85% de cacao)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>R\u00e9alisation :\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0c. Dans un cul de poule m\u00e9langer les flocons d&#8217;avoine, les amandes et noisettes grossi\u00e8rement hach\u00e9es, les cacao nibs et le sucre muscovado. Ajouter le cacao amer en poudre et la cannelle, m\u00e9langer. Ajouter le sirop d&#8217;agave ou sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable, le miel. Ajouter l&#8217;huile de coco fondue et m\u00e9langer. Disposer sur une plaque recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9 et enfourner pour 15 min. Surveillez et m\u00e9langer toutes les 5 minutes.
