Et \u00e7a peut donner de jolies recettes \ud83d\ude0d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je n&#8217;avais donc pas de pignons de pin, ni de parmesan. J&#8217;avais le basilic mais j&#8217;avais envie d&#8217;y ajouter des petits pois. Et il se trouve que j&#8217;adore l&#8217;association petits pois et f\u00e9ta. Le r\u00e9sultat : un pesto cr\u00e9meux de petits pois, basilic, feta et noix de cajou. Une jolie d\u00e9couverte, simple et rapide \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser, une sauce minute qui change un peu \ud83d\ude0a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En plus on peut tout \u00e0 fait le faire version parmesan et cajou, si on ne veut pas de f\u00e9ta, ou version f\u00e9ta\/pignons de pin au lieu des noix de cajou. Ou parmesan et pignons de pin&#8230; et si on souhaite une version vegan, il suffit de ne mettre aucun fromage, c&#8217;est tout aussi bon \ud83d\ude01. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tous les ingr\u00e9dients sont bien s\u00fbr ajustables pour un pesto. Plus ou moins d&#8217;ail, plus ou moins le go\u00fbt de fromage, de basilic&#8230; le mieux \u00e9tant de faire petit \u00e0 petit, de go\u00fbter et r\u00e9ajuster \u00e0 son go\u00fbt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&#8217;est parti !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#7a0b5b;font-size:14px\"><strong><em>Les ingr\u00e9dients :<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>100g de petits pois d\u00e9congel\u00e9s<\/li><li>Une dizaine de feuilles de basilic <\/li><li>1 demi gousse d&#8217;ail ou un peu d&#8217;ail en poudre<\/li><li>Une c\u00e0s de jus de citron<\/li><li>1 \u00e0 2 c\u00e0s d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive (j&#8217;ai mis 1 cas d&#8217;huile + 1 c\u00e0s d&#8217;eau)<\/li><li>30 g de noix de cajou (ou pignons de pin)<\/li><li>30 g de f\u00e9ta \u00e9miett\u00e9e (parmesan, ou rien pour une version vegan)<\/li><li>Sel, poivre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#720854;font-size:14px\"><strong><em>R\u00e9alisation : <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un robot mixeur (j&#8217;utilise un mini robot fourni avec mon mixeur plongeant 3 en 1) mixer tous les ingr\u00e9dients ensemble tout simplement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et c&#8217;est pr\u00eat.
