La premi\u00e8re option quand on a des bananes trop m\u00fbres \u00e0 la maison.<\/p>\n<p>Et pourtant je n&#8217;en ai plus fait pendant longtemps. En effet tous les banana bread vegan que je voyais ou que j&#8217;avais pu faire avant de r\u00e9aliser mes propres recettes avaient une texture presque &#8220;pudding&#8221; dans le fond ce qui veut simplement dire qu&#8217;on a un probl\u00e8me de texture et que la recette n&#8217;est pas au point.<\/p>\n<p>En travaillant ma recette j&#8217;avais donc pour objectif la texture ET le go\u00fbt.<\/p>\n<p>Je me suis donc lanc\u00e9e dans le banana bread vegan de mes r\u00eaves ! oui oui \ud83d\ude00 &lt;3. Une base d&#8217;ingr\u00e9dients sains, de la farine compl\u00e8te, pas de mati\u00e8res grasses, pas de sucres raffin\u00e9s. Celui-ci est \u00e9pic\u00e9, car je raffole de la cannelle et du m\u00e9lange 4 \u00e9pices (et puis c&#8217;est l&#8217;automne j&#8217;ai commenc\u00e9 ma saison folle des saveurs pain d&#8217;\u00e9pices et c&#8217;est parti jusqu&#8217;apr\u00e8s No\u00ebl au moins :D). Je l&#8217;ai \u00e9galement r\u00e9alis\u00e9 fa\u00e7on pain d&#8217;\u00e9pices avec des \u00e9pices \u00e0 pain d&#8217;\u00e9pices. On a donc le go\u00fbt anis\u00e9 en plus (pour les fana vous allez adorez le mix du banana bread et du pain d&#8217;\u00e9pices).<\/p>\n<p>Mais surtout celui-ci est un cake ! un vrai cake \u00e0 la texture moelleuse, a\u00e9r\u00e9e et humide comme il faut de cake. Et en plus tout \u00e7a sans aucune mati\u00e8res grasses ajout\u00e9es et avec peu de sucre pour tout un cake! Alors au go\u00fbter ou au petit-d\u00e9jeuner on n&#8217;h\u00e9site plus et c&#8217;est sans remords \ud83d\ude00 !<\/p>\n<p>Si comme moi, vous adorez les \u00e9pices et le go\u00fbt de l&#8217;automne je vous le conseille tel quel fortement, \u00e0 essayer au moins une fois. Mais sachez que s&#8217;il devient votre banana bread chouchou \u00e9glement, il n&#8217;y aura qu&#8217;\u00e0 enlever les \u00e9pices pour l&#8217;avoir nature et d\u00e9clinable \u00e0 l&#8217;infini en ajoutant les fruits et fruits secs de votre choix (pomme, poire, fruits secs de toutes sortes, framboise&#8230; nature, vanille et p\u00e9pites de chocolat&#8230;) Bref les possibilit\u00e9d sont nombreuses et en fonction des go\u00fbts de chacun.<\/p>\n<p>C&#8217;est parti pour la recette qui a r\u00e9voltionn\u00e9 mes banana bread \ud83d\ude00 !<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Les ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong> (un grand moule a cake : fond de 21,5 cm de long\/7cm de haut\/8,5cm de large) :&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>200g de farine de bl\u00e9 semi-compl\u00e8te (ou 100g de farine de bl\u00e9 bio T65 + 100g de farine de bl\u00e9 compl\u00e8te) <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>50g de poudre d&#8217;amande<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>40g de sucre complet <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>1 sachet de levure&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>un pot de compote de pommes ssa (90g environ)<\/li>\n<li><strong>150g de lait d&#8217; amande ou autre lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>170g de bananes m\u00fbres<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1 c\u00e0c d&#8217;ar\u00f4me naturel de vanille<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>option 4 \u00e9pices : 1 c\u00e0c de m\u00e9lange 4 \u00e9pices + 1 c\u00e0c de cannelle + zeste d&#8217;une orange<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>option fa\u00e7on pain d&#8217;\u00e9pices (avec le go\u00fbt anis\u00e9 en plus donc) : 1 c\u00e0s d&#8217;\u00e9pices \u00e0 pain d&#8217;\u00e9pices) + zeste d&#8217;une orange<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>option : noix de p\u00e9can, noix&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>(Au choix : fruits, fruits rouges, fruits secs, vanille, p\u00e9pites de chocolat&#8230;)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>R\u00e9alisation :&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>1. Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>2. Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients secs (farines, poudres d&#8217;amandes, levure, sucres, sel et \u00e9pices).<\/p>\n<p>3. Dans un bol \u00e9craser les bananes en pur\u00e9e, ajouter le lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal, la compote et l&#8217;ar\u00f4me de vanille. Ajouter au m\u00e9lange sec. M\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p>4. Graisser votre moule \u00e0 cake (pour ma part avec un peu d&#8217;huile de coco solide).<\/p>\n<p>5. Verser dans le moule. Disposer des deux moiti\u00e9s de banane d\u00e9coup\u00e9e dans le sens de la longueur, des noix au choix ou rien. Enfourner pour 45 minutes (v\u00e9rifier la cuisson avec un pic en bois ou une lame de couteau).<\/p>\n<p>6. Sortir du four, badigeonner de sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable (ou miel si non vegan).
